The Halloween Parade at Europa-Park is a spectacular event that showcases an impressive variety of eerie and captivating characters. Every year, countless visitors come to admire the intricately designed costumes and performances. 2018 was particularly exciting for me, as I had the honor of designing and creating the masks for the "Día de los Muertos" characters.
Creative Process
For the "Día de los Muertos" characters, I developed a concept that captures the essence of this vibrant celebration. The masks were designed not only to feature the traditional skull motifs and floral ornaments but also to glow in the dark with the use of UV paints. These colors make the masks magically shine under the parade lights, drawing all eyes to them.
The "Día de los Muertos" characters are a highlight of the Halloween Parade at Europa-Park.
